Request a copy of your diploma

How do you request a copy of your transcript? Or do you need your diploma in another language? Below you can read what to do if you have lost your diploma.

Have you lost your diploma?

Did you graduate after January 1st, 1996 and have you lost your diploma?  You can download a free extract your diploma at the DUO website (Dutch only). This extract has the same value as your diploma.

Did you graduate before January 1st, 1996, and have you lost your diploma? 

Contact the Central Student Administration via the Digital Service Desk and request a free copy of your archived diploma.

Do you need a certified copy of your transcript?

Submit a request via the Digital Service Desk. You can ask to have the certified transcript mailed to you or pick it up at the Service Desk.

Translation of your diploma 

If you need a translation of your diploma please contact a certified translator. The Amsterdam University of applied Sciences does not offer a translation service. 

Diploma legalisation 

Are you an international student who plans to return home after your studies at the AUAS? Or, perhaps you’re already abroad and need to have your HvA diploma legalised or are looking for an internationally accepted description of your degree certificate?
