In 2010, Stephan graduated from the Aviation Engineering track. Stephan works as a partner for Peopleway AS. He will tell us something about his experiences after graduation and his outlook on the future. Peopleway is a Danish Software company that focusses on accelerating human performance and generating next level business results. By stimulating the right behavior with insurance claims employees, we manage to save 1-2 percent of the total claims costs spent for an insurance company.

Actually 2008, but was fulltime president of studentsunion and president of several workscouncils (Central (CMR) & Technical Department (AHT)

If this isn’t the first thing you did after graduation, what else did you do?
Buyer/planner bombardier business jets (challenger, global, learjet)
Project manager @ TCR Scandinavia (Ground Support Equipment) running post merge implementation after Sale Rent Back of SAS Airline GSE & departments (25 airports Norway, 3 Sweden, 1 Denmark)
Manager Capacity Management @ security Operations @ Schiphol Group
Supply Chain Manager Pneu/tec Aalberts (customers like ASML)
Established my own Management Consultancy firm in 2022 and run following assignments:
PMO KLM Blue Base (Relocation Headoffice)
PMO Nationale Nederlanden (Financial Economic Crime unit)
Managing Director INL freight forwarding company
How did you end up in your current job?
Peopleway performed a demo when I worked at NN. The customer promise sounded too good to be true, but I trusted the product, saw the customer business cases and decided to join them.
What are your daily operations?
As Country Partner I am responsible for the scale up in the Netherlands, Sales, networking.
What do you like most at your job?
Responsible for my own success. Together with a remote team of Danish colleagues, we are very much a family. No day is the same, I get to organize my own agenda, meetings and priorities.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Running the Benelux area, setting up Norway.
What did you like most in your education that helps you out nowadays in your work?
Project management skills, writing essays, the general aviation knowledge that gives an integral overview of all aspects of running a company. This made my role as project manager, and definitely in many scale-ups, much easier.
