Ruben Fukkink is professor by special appointment of Childcare and Education Services for Young Children at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and a recognised expert in early and pre-school education, childcare as well as family support. He has a wealth of research experience, including for the SCO-Kohnstamm Institute, the UvA and the Centre for Applied Research on Education at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS). His knowledge of pedagogy informs a clear vision on relevant research topics within this field.
