ResearcherFloor Timmerman is a lecturer-researcher at The Work Lab and the Center for Economic Transformation.
As a researcher, she develops new insights and interventions in the field of effective leadership models, good work and craftsmanship for the design of a fair and sustainable economy.
As a lecturer, she teaches at the HRM and Business Administration programs and coordinates the minor 'Sustainable Economy: good work in sustainable business models'.
In all her activities, she is fully committed to adding social value: how can we organize our economy in such a way that the well-being of people and the planet comes first?
