Course content

This course emphasises on country specific communication patterns, leadership styles and sales and negotiation skills. You will learn what will and won’t work in China, Germany, France, Japan, Brasil, Poland, Turkey, South Korea or Russia.

Target group

This course is offered at bachelor level. You are a student or a working professional with an international focus.

Cross-Cultural Business Skills dates

The course starts on Tuesday 4 February 2025. You will have classes on Tuesday evenings, from 18:40-22.00 hours. The duration of the course is 5 months.

Cost

The tuition fee of this course is € 2,800,-. Additionally, the study books of this course will cost approximately € 250,-. After applying for this course you will receive an invoice for the payment of the tuition fee.

Admission

In order to be admissible for this course you need to have a diploma of at least secondary vocational education, senior general secondary education or pre-university education. NOTE FOR NON-EU CITIZENS: admission to this course does NOT meet the Immigration and Naturalisation Service requirements for a residence permit for study purposes. The AUAS is, therefore, not in a position to help you get a visum or a residence permit. For this reason, any effort to attend this course will be in vain

Study load

The duration of the course is 5 months. Two blocks of 10 weeks: 7 weeks with classes and 3 weeks of exams, assignments and feedback. On average, the study load is 20 hours a week. This includes class hours.

Class size

The course can be taken as a minor or module for full-time and part-time students, which means that the group has a varying composition of students and professionals.
