About Inge Oskam

Inge Oskam is Professor of Circular Design & Business at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Core themes within her research group include:

  • circular design of products and packaging
  • reuse of residual materials in circular products
  • system innovations for closing urban material cycles

This involves not only concrete solutions, but also circular business models and the cross-sectoral cooperation involved.

Before joining the AUAS, Inge worked for 8 years at TNO as a project manager on sustainable system innovations and methods for product innovation and strategy development. She then spent 10 years working as a management consultant. Her role included supporting technology-oriented organisations to develop innovation management.
