Daphne Hagen has been a researcher-lecturer at the professorship e-Business since February 2014. Since 2011 she has taught marketing, market research and communications in the Commercial Economics programme. Before, Daphne filled various positions in marketing and sales at companies such as ING and Telfort.
At the professorship e-Business Daphne conducts research into the adoption and impact of new internet technologies in retail in general and on collectives in commercial areas in particular. She aims to do her PhD in this subject.
Daphne is part of the expert group Future Mall in the national research agenda Shopping Tomorrow and acted as quartermaster of the AUAS Centre for Market Insights.
