J.E. Steensma (Jildou)

Jildou Steensma is a coach, trainer, and program developer at the Research Group Entrepreneurship at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. She guides and coaches students participating in the minor Entrepreneurship for Society in setting up their own social enterprises. Additionally, she is a program developer within a community of practice for sustainable food systems. In her work, she focuses on impact entrepreneurship, leadership development, and coaching. Steensma holds a master’s degree in Culture, Organization, and Management from Vrije Universiteit.
