IDEEC - Impact-Driven Entrepreneurship Education for Children
Impact-gedreven ondernemerschapsonderwijs voor kinderen
ProjectIDEEC is an international research project investigating the effects of impact-driven entrepreneurship education for primary school children. The project is a collaboration between the AUAS, Amsterdam Impact, Fawaka Ondernemersschool, and six international partners in four countries.
IDEEC stands for "Impact-Driven Entrepreneurship Education for Children." The goal of the research is to form an international research consortium around the theme of impact-driven entrepreneurship education for children, where knowledge about similar programs is exchanged and further developed.
The partners of IDEEC aim to support providers of entrepreneurship education, teachers, and policymakers in setting up effective impact-oriented programs for children aged 9-15 years. This way, these children can learn to develop entrepreneurial solutions for environmental and social issues.
IDEEC is the international continuation of the Fawaka research project, which was completed in July 2022. The research project is funded by the European grant program Erasmus+ and runs until September 2025.
