Fees for academic year 2024-2025
Find out the level of fees you must pay. These depend on your nationality and level of previous study. Here you can see which fee category you fall into. The academic year for all study programmes begins on 1 September, but for some programmes you can also begin on 1 February.
The final payment date for the tuition fees is 31 August for studies beginning that academic year. Various options for paying your tuition fees are available.
Payment option 1
Bank transfer
If you wish to pay the entire tuition fee at once, you can do so by transferring the full amount to the AUAS bank account.
Payment option 2
Direct debit authorisation
You can pay your tuition fees by granting the AUAS a direct debit authorisation. You can authorise full payment or payment in instalments. You can arrange the authorisation yourself or have a third party do it on your behalf.
Payment option 3
Via another institution
If you have already paid tuition fees to another higher education institution, you can notify us through the 'Proof of Payment of Tuition Fees' form.
Tuition fee refund
If you decide to leave your studies at any point during the year, the your unused tuition fee may be refunded. Your participation recorded on the online portal Studielink will be used to calculate the amount you can be refunded.
Payment by employer
If your employer is paying your tuition fees, you can request an invoice for them. Here are the steps you need to take.
