Dr K. Johannes (Koos)
Koos Johannes is senior researcher and project lead at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. In his research, he focuses on organizational change, with an emphasis on enterpreneurial behavior within existing organizations.
Koos studied architecture at the Higher Technical School and Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Delft. Following, he worked in the corporate sector for a long time as project manager, consultant and manager at Twijnstra Gudde, de Nederlandse Spoorwegen, Enterprise Bouwresearch and Woningborg, among others.
He was guest researcher at RMIT University in Melbourne and got his Phd in 2023 at the University of Twente en RMIT University Melbourne on ‘Crafting Intrapreneurial Stewardship: An institutional perspective on client-led innovation in smart building maintenance’.
