J.E. Steensma (Jildou)

Jildou Steensma is a coach, trainer, and program developer at the Entrepreneurship research group at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. She guides and coaches students participating in the minor Entrepreneurship for Society in setting up their own social enterprises. Additionally, she supervises Master's students (changemakers) from the Master in Economic Transformation in their professional development. She has also started research into organizational culture in growing mission-driven companies.

In her work, she focuses on impact entrepreneurship, cultural change, and leadership development.

Jildou holds a master's degree in Culture, Organization, and Management from the Vrije Universiteit.

Besides her work at the university, Jildou guides organizations that make a societal impact in developing culture, behavior, and leadership within the organization.
