Innovative Retail Technology 2018 - 2019

1 May 2018 - 1 February 2019

The Innovative Retail Technology expert group helps retailers gain insight into technology for their store. Through research and practical cases, the group produces two blue papers with an approach that puts the retailer at the centre.

Results

In the first blue paper, the expert group introduces the so-called Store Sales Cycle model. This model provides insight into the role of various types of innovative technologies during the phases of the retailer's sales process.

In the second blue paper, the influence of various types of technologies during the phases of the sales process is actually tested using concrete practical cases. Together, the blue papers create a substantiated overview for the retail sector and provide the individual retailer with management information to be able to make a decision about the use of innovative technologies for his store.
