Twin Green & Digital Transition: sustainability and digitization in the food and beverage sector
21 October 2024 - 31 October 2025

The food and beverage sector is at a crossroads of sustainability and digitization. New sustainability regulations, increasing customer expectations, and the need to operate more efficiently are making this transition urgent. The Twin Green & Digital Transition project, led by Burcu Kör from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, focuses on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in this sector. By strategically deploying digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), this project helps companies to operate more sustainably and remain competitive.
