About the research group

The purpose of the research group is to develop new knowledge on online business through research, serving both education and professional practice.

Research primarily focuses on commercial interactions between companies and consumers (business-to-consumer e-commerce). Current research themes of the group include: the evolution and success of online business models and the use of social media by businesses and consumers.
