Functional Exercise Therapy
Learning to move healthily
A healthy lifestyle is not self-evident for everyone. People with physical complaints or limitations need support in developing self-management in their daily movement. The Functional Exercise Therapy research group focuses on optimising self-management support. In doing so, it contributes to the innovation of treatment methods in professional practice and to improving educational programmes for future movement professionals.
