Better recovery after hospitalisation
Vulnerable elderly and seriously ill patients often experience major surgery or ICU stays as major events. The Rehabilitation in Complex Care research group studies the impact of illness and hospitalisation on daily functioning. In addition, the research group develops and implements treatment methods to support patients' recovery. The research group also investigates what care professionals need to be prepared for future and increasing care demands.
