Profile

Since September 2023, Daniel Bossen is associate professor of eHealth & Movement Behavior under the Professorship of Exercise Therapy - Daily Movement! As a researcher, he works on the SPRONG project: Urban Vitality - People in Motion. In this project knowledge about healthy nutrition and exercise is linked to knowledge about influencing behavior using technology.

Daniel is also a senior lecturer at the HvA's Physical Therapy program. He studied Physical Therapy at the HvA and Health Sciences at the Free University of Amsterdam. In 2014, he received his PhD from Tilburg University. After his PhD, he worked as a Postdoc at NIVEL and Amsterdam UMC.
