The urban dance community for students in Amsterdam. HvA DC organises classes for students and delivers shows by students. It offers a social network in which you can develop yourself in professional and personal areas with dance as a common denominator.

At the HvA Urban Dance Centre we have two demo teams. TR1BE, level advanced, and THE MOV2MENT, level intermediate/advanced. In September we have auditions for both teams. The focus of the teams is training in a team and participating in contests.

We also offer COURS3S in style urban dance (hiphop/female/streetdance), on Mondays @USC. Everyone can join. You can buy a course of 8 weeks.

Every year from April to June we host The Triptych Project. All students can participate and follow multiple classes. We offer three dance styles, Hiphop, Female Hiphop and Urban Contemporary, on three different levels. We work towards a show in the theatre (or a videoclip, in case we have to adapt to the Corona measures).
