After you have changed your AUAS-ID password, you must set up your email account again on all mobile devices on which you view your AUAS emails.

Depending on the brand of your smartphone and the version of the operating system, the options in the menu may differ slightly from the options specified below.
Instructions for the Outlook app
Step 1: Remove the existing account from the app
- Open the Outlook app.
- Click on the Home icon in the top left-hand corner.
- Click on the cog in the bottom left-hand corner to open the settings.
- Select the AUAS email account.
- Scroll down and select 'Delete Account'.
Step 2: Add the account again

Step 1: Remove the existing account from the app
- Go to Settings> Mail> Accounts.
- Click on the @student.hva.nl email address and select ‘Delete account’.

- Select the AUAS email account.
- Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Delete Account’.
