Values, rules and regulations
The way we deal with sexuality within care, is largely determined by our own set of values and personal experiences. But it is also shaped by the context within which we work: the team, the organization but also the community in which we live. Rules, ideas, ethical standards, professional code of conduct, …: these all have influence on our actions concerning sexuality within care.
